We are flexible in adapting to your service needs. Generally, we can add service items based on the Association’s requests.
Here are a few of our services:
* Collect maintenance fees and assess any late fees/finance charges, including
the set up of Association’s trust account through Wells Fargo Bank. We offer ACH
services & accept all major credit cards.
* Payment of invoices, sent to
Board weekly for signature or as the Board directs.
* Monthly financials sent
to Board members, sent via e-mail.
* Preparation of Annual Budget.
*
Interact with contractors and service companies, including obtaining bids,
supervision and direction of repairs, per Association guidelines.
* Handle
occupant complaints and requests.
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. -
5:00 p.m. plus 24 hour message center.
* Enforcement of Rules and
Regulations, including violation letters sent to homeowners and residents.
*
Will make one or two monthly visits to complex, as per Boards request, and note
any violations or repairs and maintenance items.
* Attend Homeowners meetings
annually and Board of Director’s meetings as required. Provide meeting minutes
to the Board and Homeowners, if requested.
* Assist with community
newsletters.
* We will create a website presence for the Association or link
to one you already have.
